Job Description

Job Title: Sales ManagerReal Estate.

Locations: Nairobi

Industry: Real Estate

Gross Salary: Negotiable Commission Incentives.

Job Purpose:

As a Sales Manager specializing in offplan real estate you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote our projects effectively. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans overseeing the sales process and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Additionally you will collaborate closely with other departments to support the companys overall objectives and growth.

The ideal candidate should have experience selling highend properties specifically targeting the Asian community as a potential client base.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets expand market share and maximize revenue for offplan properties.
  • Lead motivate and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance professional development and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics including lead generation conversion rates and sales closures and implement corrective measures as needed to optimize results.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients investors and stakeholders providing them with personalized support guidance and solutions throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct market research competitor analysis and customer surveys to identify emerging trends opportunities and threats and incorporate findings into sales strategies and product development initiatives.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts budgets and projections and collaborate with the finance department to ensure alignment with overall financial objectives and targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing project development finance and legal departments to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns project timelines legal requirements and financial considerations.
  • Coordinate and conduct regular training sessions workshops and skill development programs for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge sales techniques and customer service skills.
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales process including contract negotiations documentation payments and postsales support ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Real Estate or related field and relevant professional certification is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management preferably in the real estate industry with a strong understanding of offplan property sales processes and market dynamics in Kenya.
  • Experience selling highend properties specifically targeting the Asian community as a potential client base
  • Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve common goals.
  • Strategic thinking analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software.
  • Customercentric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building longterm relationships.
  • Strong business acumen financial literacy and ability to develop and manage budgets forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment and adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and objectives.
