Procurement Officer

Responsibilities

1. Manage the daily purchases, monitoring and evaluating quotations (Financial and technical evaluation)
2. Evaluate suppliers with preferred supplier lists, and maintain relationships.
3. Approve products and ensure cost-effectiveness and timely manner.
4. Negotiate pricing and supply contracts, finding the ideal suppliers to improve the association's Procurements performance.
5. Manage the procurement process from purchase request to delivery, ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
6. Review and analyse purchase requests and identify opportunities for cost savings.
7. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
