Responsibilities
- Manage the daily purchases, monitoring and evaluating quotations (Financial and technical evaluation)
- Evaluate suppliers with preferred supplier lists, and maintain relationships.
- Approve products and ensure cost-effectiveness and timely manner.
- Negotiate pricing and supply contracts, finding the ideal suppliers to improve the association's Procurements performance.
- Manage the procurement process from purchase request to delivery, ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
- Review and analyse purchase requests and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
