LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS WHO ARE PHILIPPINESBASED CANDIDATES.

Position: Lead Generation Specialist
Working Hours: Mon Fri 9:00 am 5:00 pm EST
Salary : $/month
About the Role:
As a Lead Generation Specialist you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential leads generating and nurturing new business opportunities and converting these leads into clients. This role requires a proactive approach strong analytical skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather relevant information such as company size market segment decisionmakers and contact information.
- Use various tools and resources to generate leads and approach potential clients in a professional and effective manner.
- Analyze data to evaluate the quality of leads and prioritize them based on their potential to convert into clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements and tailor the lead generation approach accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients in order to increase the conversion rate of leads into clients.
- Monitor industry trends and developments to stay uptodate with the latest leadgeneration strategies.
- Report regularly on lead generation activities and outcomes to the team and clients.
Requirements:
- Has at least 13 years of experience in lead generation or sales.
- Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles and practices.
- Proven track record of generating highquality leads and achieving targets.
- Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software (e.g. HubSpot LinkedIn Mailchimp).
- Highly organized detailoriented and analytical with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment. the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
