Position: HR Manager
Location: Riga Latvia (onsite)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up and lead all HR activities for the new site in Latvia including developing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees at the new site fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Latvian employment laws and regulations including labor contracts working hours and employee benefits.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to share best practices align HR strategies and implement global initiatives at the Latvia site.
- Provide leadership and support to the HR team onsite fostering their professional development and growth.
- Stay informed about local employment laws and industry trends continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field. Master s degree preferred.
- Min 5 years experience in HR Management roles in an international organization.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations with experience in ensuring compliance.
- Proven experience in employee relations performance management and talent development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
- Fluency in English (C1) and Latvian (C1) languages for effective communication with local and global teams.
