Client Solutions: Tackle client queries and complaints headon working across departments to resolve complex issues swiftly.

Analytics & Reporting: Perform root cause analyses and create actionable plans to boost team performance.
Training Support: Identify training needs and facilitate coaching to unlock your teams full potential.
Collaboration: Work alongside recruitment training quality HR and workforce teams to enhance agent performance.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Step in with additional tasks to elevate service quality and improve KPIs.
Who You Are:
Language Skills: German (C1) and solid English (B1) for effective communication.
People Management: Proven experience leading teams with outstanding interpersonal skills.
TechSavvy: Comfortable with MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and typing 50 wpm with 90% accuracy.
Analytical Thinker: Strong problemsolving skills and a knack for creative initiatives.
Customer Support Guru: Experience in customer support with handson skills in live chat and social media.
SelfMotivated Leader: A proactive achiever who can juggle multiple assignments with ease.
