Role: Recruitment Team Leader

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead mentor and develop a team of recruiters setting performance goals and providing regular feedback
- Oversee the endtoend recruitment process ensuring timely highquality candidate selection and placement
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly
- Utilize datadriven insights to track assess and improve recruitment metrics and strategies
- Manage and optimize sourcing strategies across various channels including job boards social media and professional networks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations throughout the hiring process
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the market
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
- Report on recruitment metrics and trends to senior leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 35 years of experience in recruitment with at least 1 year in a team lead role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices particularly in the BPO industry
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Knowledge of other major European languages will be considered as an advantage
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customercentric approach
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highvolume hiring environment.
