DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the team through transitions to build skills in problemsolving critical thinking analytical and technical areas.
- Provide mentorship guidance and career development to the team.
- Identify key insights and offer actionable recommendations.
- Influence team strategy through effective communication.
- Adapt quickly to changes in workflows processes procedures or product features.
- Lead projects involving quantitative analysis industry research and development.
- Ensure consistent performance in alignment with relevant service level metrics.
- Manage daily operations to maintain consistent quality and productivity across channels.
- Maximize value for advertisers through efficient processes.
- Set team goals and collaborate with direct reports to develop strategies for achieving results.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English (at least C1 level) both written and oral.
- Proven experience working in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- At least 2 years of prior people management experience.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities paired with creative problemsolving skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of integrity both personally and professionally.
