Job Description
Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Position: Compliance Officer (Crypto)
Sector: Banking
Start Date: Immediately
Duration: 12 months
Utilization: 100%
Location: Zurich
Salary: CHF
Tasks
- Review and analyze client documentation in the client onboarding process and ongoing monitoring of crypto wallets consistent with applicable KYC and AML regulations and guidelines
- Support the team and client facing / handling staff in compliance & regulatory matters regarding daily business
- Evaluate the risk profile of highrisk clients and transactions by analyzing their source of funds business activities and relationships
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and (internal) regulations including adoption of internal compliance frameworks and implementation of corresponding controls
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German
- Resident in Switzerland
- Experience in the FinTech and RegTech industry as well as cryptocurrencies and blockchain
- Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
