Job Description
Company Background:
Our client is a food manufacturing company which is based in Malaysia. Headquarters in Johor Bahru. It operates in the Cookie and Manufacturing industry.
Job Description:
- Responsible in planning and managing the QA Team.
- Plan and supervise the QA/QC team on daily inspection at Incoming Quality Control Process Quality Control and Final Quality Control.
- Accomplishes quality urance objectives by monitoring reviewing and enforcing policies and procedures to meet the companys Quality Objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Food Act other related Acts regulations and standards recommending improvements where necessary.
- Ensure compliance of all ISO standards of the Company including but not limited to ISO 22000 FSSC 22000 HACCP and GMP.
- Conduct internal audits supplier audits and any other audit activities as defined in the QMS.
- Participate in customer audits and follow up on corrective or preventive actions.
- Responsible for the inspection and handling of raw materials semifinished and finished products and disposition of defective and reject products.
- Maintains and improves product quality by completing product company system and compliance audits.
- Review develop and maintain a systematic approach for SOPs records and product specifications to enhance quality efficiency and performance at plant.
- Trains and motivates employees to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Cooperate with different departments to improve business operations.
- ists in the recruiting process.
- Perform other related job duties and projects igned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is added advantage
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate in Diploma /Advance/ Higher bachelors degree in chemistry/ food science/ food technology or equivalent
- At least 5 years proven working experience in similar capacity in manufacturing sector preferably in food industry.
- Knowledge of FSSC 22000 GMP HACCP and Halal Standards.
- Good leadership strong interpersonal s strong ytical and problem solving ss.
- Able to express ideas clearly both oral and written
- Required S(s): Computer Literate Microsoft word excel power point etc.
Salary Range:
- From RM4800 to RM7800
