Overview
The Telesales position is vital to our organization as it involves directly impacting our sales and revenue through telephonebased sales and customer service. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as a strong focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate sales calls to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions or product recommendations
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Adhere to sales scripts and guidelines
- Provide information about products and services to potential customers
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Stay updated on product knowledge and features
- Meet and exceed customer expectations
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads

Required qualifications
- Proven work experience in telesales or a similar sales role
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
