Job Description

What are we looking for:

Ability to learn

Disciplined with good ownership

Good communication skills

Calling the customer to remind the due date of the installment.

Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI payment.

Explain the consequences to customers of not paying on time.

Good to have skills

Fresh graduates or maximum 1 year of experience in telesales sales customer

experience

Decent communication skills both written & verbal.

Should have basic knowledge of the internet and other search engine usage.

Good observation skills and presentable.
