Designation/ Role: Manager Parts Sales

Working Days: 6 Days/ WFO
Experience: Minimum 2 years in the automotive aftermarket
The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales
within the automotive spare parts retail store. This position involves assisting customers
providing product information processing transactions and maintaining a positive shopping
experience.
Key responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
Provide product information features and benefits to help customers make informed
purchasing decisions.
Assist customers in locating and selecting automotive spare parts.
Sales and upselling:
Actively engage customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Promote upselling and crossselling of related products to maximize sales.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Transaction processing:
Process sales transactions accurately using the pointofsale (POS) system.
Handle cash credit card and electronic payments.
Issue receipts and ensure correct change is given.
Product knowledge:
Knowledgeable about the features and specifications of automotive spare parts.
Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Assist customers in identifying the right parts for their vehicles.
Merchandize and stocking:
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
Monitor stock levels and restock shelves as needed.
Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation.
Customer service and excellence:
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Handle customer returns and exchanges following company policies.
Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other sales associates and store staff to achieve overall store goals.
Communicate effectively with team members and share knowledge.
Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualification and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in auto retail is necessary.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change.
Ability to work in a fastpaced retail environment.
Enthusiastic and customerfocused attitude.
Knowledge of automotive spare parts is a must
