Position Title Ecommerce Executive UX Designer
Job Location Gurgaon
Reporting To Associate Vice President Supply Chain Management
We are seeking a talented and creative Ecommerce Executive UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for designing visually appealing and userfriendly interfaces for our ecommerce websites and digital platforms. They should
possess a strong understanding of user experience principles graphic design skills and the ability to translate business requirements
into intuitive and engaging designs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leverage strong creativity to design contemporary and visually appealing graphics for websites and digital platforms.
2. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with crossfunctional teams (business product marketing store).
3. Illustrate design concepts through storyboards process flows sitemaps etc.
4. Design intuitive graphic user interface elements (menus tabs widgets navigation search fields).
5. Build UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate site functionality and visuals.
6. Create original graphic designs including images sketches and tables.
7. Ensure quality control and appropriate content creation for digital platforms.
8. Present draft designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
9. Identify and troubleshoot UX issues ensuring optimal responsiveness.
10. Adhere to defined style standards for fonts colors images etc.
11. Understand business requirements to create graphics/content aligned with needs.
12. Continuously update website/app with current deals offers and promotions.
13. Collaborate closely with business teams to keep digital platforms uptodate.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate degree in any field.
2. 34 years of experience in a fastpaced work environment.
3. Ability to join on short notice.
4. Selfmotivated and proactive (gogetter) approach.
5. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
6. Strong delivery focus and ability to work under tight timelines.
7. Experience managing businesscritical projects.
8. Proficiency in design tools and software applications (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Figma).
9. Knowledge of user experience principles web design standards and best practices.
10. Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
11. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
12. Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
