Role Overview
As an Advisor you will play a crucial role in providing strategic guidance and support to our team. You will leverage your expertise and network to help us navigate challenges seize opportunities and achieve sustainable growth. This role requires a commitment of 2530 hours per month compensated through an equity stake in the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and refining our business strategy and roadmap.
- Mentorship: Provide mentorship and coaching to the leadership team and key employees.
- Networking and Connections: Leverage your network to introduce us to potential clients partners and investors.
- Fundraising and Financial Planning: Guide us through funding options pitch deck preparation and investor relations.
- Market Research and Insights: Offer deep insights into market trends customer behavior and competitive analysis.
- Product Development and Innovation: Provide feedback on product design development and feature enhancements.
- Operational Efficiency: Advise on process optimization resource management and scaling operations.
- Sales and Marketing Strategies: Help develop and refine gotomarket strategies branding and customer acquisition tactics.
- Legal and Compliance: Guide us through regulatory requirements contract reviews and intellectual property protection.
- Human Resources and Team Building: Assist in developing company culture hiring strategies and HR policies.
- Crisis Management and Problem Solving: Offer solutions to critical challenges and assist in risk management.
- Global Expansion: Provide insights and strategies for entering new markets and navigating international regulations.
- Technology and Digital Transformation: Advise on technology adoption cybersecurity and digital tools to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership or advisory role within the your industry industry.
- Strong network and connections relevant to our business.
- Expertise in one or more of the key areas outlined above.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to commit 2530 hours per month.
- Passion for innovation and helping startups grow.
- Willingness to be compensated through an equity stake in the company.
