We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Human Resource Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will work closely with the founders and play a pivotal part in shaping our HR strategies. Your primary focus will be on managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding while ensuring that our HR processes align with legal standards and business objectives. You will also be responsible for managing payroll attendance and employee engagement initiatives. What You Need to Bring to the Table
- Proficiency in HRMS Tools (Preferred: Zoho People).
- Handson experience with ATS Tools (Preferred: Zoho Recruit).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of labour laws and compliance.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Proven ability to manage onboarding recruitment offboarding and payroll processes.
- High level of integrity and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
What You Will Do
- Manage the entire recruitment process using Zoho Recruit or a similar ATS from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new hires.
- Oversee daily HR operations including attendance tracking payroll management and employee records in Zoho People.
- Collaborate directly with the founders to develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure the company complies with labour laws and employment regulations handling all necessary legal documentation.
- Support employee engagement and development programs fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Handle employee offboarding processes ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to compliance.
- Provide assistance and resolve employee issues with a strong focus on problemsolving.
Requirements
MustHave Skills
- 35 years of experience in HR management with a strong focus on recruitment onboarding payroll and compliance.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in HRMS (Zoho People preferred) and ATS (Zoho Recruit preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
GoodtoHave Skills
- Experience working in a dynamic startup or fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of HR analytics and ability to utilize datadriven approaches for decisionmaking.

Have a Bachelor s Degree or equivalent. Have designed user interfaces for mobile and web platforms in the past. Ability to translate a given user-experience journey into a visually great and intuitive UI. Critical thinking and analytical skills. Experience using Sketch / Photoshop / Adobe Xd. Experience creating mockups and prototypes using Marvel / Invision is preferable though not mandatory. Someone who is keen and eager to learn by practice put forth ideas and loves the design as much as we do.
