We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an EntryLevel Admin Executive. This role is perfect for someone who is detailoriented possesses excellent communication skills and thrives in a fastpaced environment. As an admin executive you will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Job Location: Brookefield Bangalore
Job Mode: Onsite
Shift Timings: 12 PM to 9 PM (Monday to Friday).
Responsibilities :
Receive sort and coordinate incoming calls / mail / courier.
Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office bank and other work as required.
Maintain office files and storage systems Fax scan and copy documents.
Manage agendas travel arrangements appointments meetings or events etc for the upper management and staff.
Handle accounts related activities and petty cash.
Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Manage reception and provide general support to the visitors.
Assist in planning and arranging events including organising catering.
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Skills:
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel MS power point) internet and email.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
