Banking Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for banking products and services.
• Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Solution Design: Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between business units, technical teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Quality Assurance: Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs and are free of defects.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Banking, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
