Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and user stories.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Banking, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
