For a young successfully operating commodity trading company headquartered in the City of Zug. They are expanding their activities and are looking for a handson Office Manager to support the team internally and to take care of all organisational and administrative tasks.

- You will provide administrative support to the team and guarantee a smooth internal workflow on a daytoday basis:
- Organizing office needs for an ongoing and expanding business
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment
- Handling of incoming mails
- Reception and guest welcoming
- Organization and coordination of various external meetings
- Coordination of secretarial activities and calls
- Responsible for all travel arrangements flight bookings hotel reservations transfers visa
- Manage and track record of expense reports
- Preparation of internal meetings and presentations as well as conference calls

- Fluency in Englisch and German
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a similar position
