We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our client dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. This role demands excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively integrate and coordinate efforts between the Sales Team Implementation Team and Operation Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  
• Manage and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion.
  
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
  
• Develop detailed project plans schedules and status reports.
  
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  
• Integration and Coordination:
  
• Act as the key integrator between the Sales Team Implementation Team and Operation Team.
  
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
  
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals.
  
• Client Management:
  
• Serve as the single point of contact for CXOs regarding all projectrelated activities.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  
• Provide regular updates to CXOs on project status risks and issues.
  
• Leadership and Strategy:
  
• Lead and mentor project team members.
  
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
  
• Identify and manage project risks ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
• Minimum of 35 years of experience as a Project Manager managing IT projects.
  
• Education:
  
• MBA or PMP certification is preferred.
  
• Skills:
  
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
