Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Store/Brand Manager to oversee our Ramen Franchise operations in Cambodia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring high standards of hygiene and quality training staff and maintaining inventory. This role demands a strong leader with excellent financial management skills and the ability to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage staff schedules and rostering to ensure adequate coverage.

Staff Management and Training:

  • Recruit train and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.

Hygiene and Facility Management:

  • Ensure the restaurant adheres to health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant facilities.

Inventory and Supply Management:

  • Check ingredient supply and manage inventory to prevent shortages.
  • Estimate future needs for goods kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
  • Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.

Financial Management:

  • Manage cash operations and daily profit and expense reports.
  • Control operating costs and enhance profitability.
  • Create detailed reports on weekly monthly and annual revenues and expenses.

Customer Service and Complaint Handling:

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Promote and market the restaurant to attract more customers.
  • Daily Social Media Marketing
  • Plan and update the menu to keep offerings exciting and relevant.

Policy Implementation:

  • Implement policies and protocols to maintain future restaurant operations.
  • Suggest ways to improve the restaurants image and customer experience.

Requirements and Skills

  • Major Franchise Experience: Previous management experience with major franchises such as McDonalds Burger King KFC etc. is highly desirable.
  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager Restaurant General Manager Hospitality Manager or a similar role.
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager.
  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge with the ability to recall ingredients.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software.
  • Strong leadership motivational and people skills.
  • Acute financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a customeroriented mindset.
