Position: HR Manager

Requirements:
- Lead HR strategy implementation and policy development.
- Manage HR budget and optimize costs.
- Design organizational structure aligned with business strategy.
- Talent acquisition retention and development.
- Implement L&D strategies and activities
- Oversee performance management and yearly appraisals
- Ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
- Manage employee relations and ensure HR compliance.
- Enhance employee engagement and communication channels.
- Provide HR guidance to GM and BOD.
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
- 2 years of HR management experience.
- Bachelors Degree in HR or related field.
- Proficiency in Cambodian Labor Law
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient in English & Khmer (Spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Female candidate preferred
Working Hours:
- 48 hours work week/6 Days/9 hours( 8 hours1 hour break)
Salary:
Up to $900 Gross
