Job Description

Position: HR Manager

Industry: Fitness

Location: Phnom Penh

Requirements:

  • Lead HR strategy implementation and policy development.
  • Manage HR budget and optimize costs.
  • Design organizational structure aligned with business strategy.
  • Talent acquisition retention and development.
  • Implement L&D strategies and activities
  • Oversee performance management and yearly appraisals
  • Ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure HR compliance.
  • Enhance employee engagement and communication channels.
  • Provide HR guidance to GM and BOD.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualification:

  • 2 years of HR management experience.
  • Bachelors Degree in HR or related field.
  • Proficiency in Cambodian Labor Law
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficient in English & Khmer (Spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Female candidate preferred

Working Hours:

  • 48 hours work week/6 Days/9 hours( 8 hours1 hour break)

Salary:

Up to $900 Gross
