Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customeroriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a representative you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls providing exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries or issues. This is a fastpaced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills problemsolving abilities and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products services and promotions
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Collaborate with team members to optimize call center efficiency and achieve performance targets
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Follow standard operating procedures and protocols to deliver consistent service
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries or complaints
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data management or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) and data entry software.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
