Dezign Comm is seeking a dedicated and customerfocused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a passion for helping people and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. This role involves providing support and solutions to customers through phone email and chat interactions.

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customeroriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a representative you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls providing exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries or issues. This is a fastpaced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills problemsolving abilities and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products services and promotions
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize call center efficiency and achieve performance targets
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
  • Follow standard operating procedures and protocols to deliver consistent service
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries or complaints

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data management or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) and data entry software.
  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
