**Position:** Inside Sales Representative with Appointment Setting Responsibilities

**Department:** Sales

**Location:** Dallas/Addison Office

**Reports to:** Sales Manager

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Inside Sales Representative with appointment setting responsibilities to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads qualifying prospects and setting appointments for our sales team. This role requires a proactive approach to outbound calling strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients. **Must have experience in IT services and software sales** and **must work out of our Dallas/Addison office**.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Lead Generation:**

Conduct research to identify potential prospects using various tools and resources.

Generate leads through cold calling email campaigns social media and other outbound activities.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.

2. **Appointment Setting:**

Reach out to potential clients to introduce our products/services and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Follow up with leads to ensure a high appointment conversion rate.

Coordinate and schedule appointments ensuring alignment with the sales teams availability.

3. **Qualification of Prospects:**

Qualify leads by understanding their needs challenges and potential fit with our solutions.

Gather relevant information to assist the sales team in preparing for meetings.

4. **Relationship Building:**

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.

Provide excellent customer service and followup to ensure a positive experience.

5. **Sales Support:**

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.

Assist in the preparation of sales materials and presentations.

Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM system.

6. **Reporting:**

Provide regular reports on lead generation and appointment setting activities.

Analyze and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of outbound efforts.

**Qualifications:**

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in inside sales lead generation or appointment setting.

**Must have experience in IT services and software sales.**

**Must work out of our Dallas/Addison office.**

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goaloriented with a strong desire to succeed and meet targets.
