Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in maintaining our company’s reputation for excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products services and company policies.
- Process orders returns and exchanges according to company procedures.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Stay uptodate with product knowledge company updates and industry trends.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
