Support Capitol Bridge’s HRBP team, ensuring smooth personnel and daily operations. This includes guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Additionally, provide remote support to all staff members, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Preferred Skills
- 5 years of recent HRBP experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Self-starter with the ability to balance conflicting points of view, function effectively under pressure, and demonstrate discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness.
- Ability to resolve complex problems by leveraging business/HR knowledge and client relationships.
- Logical mindset with the ability to organize thinking on issues, develop thorough execution plans, and drive processes to successful implementation.
- Ability to anticipate business needs, think proactively, and respond appropriately.
- Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and create improved efficiency.
- Excellent follow-up skills with a commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.
- Proven attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
