Position Overview:
As the Client Acquisition Manager specializing in outbound marketing techniques using LinkedIn other social media platforms and lead conversion strategies for B2B services your primary focus will be on revenue generation client acquisition CRM management and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive outbound marketing strategies leveraging LinkedIn various social media channels and other relevant platforms specifically tailored for B2B services. Focus on client acquisition revenue generation and market expansion.
- LinkedIn and Social Media Management: Utilize LinkedIn along with other social media platforms to identify engage and nurture potential clients. Initiate outreach conduct services demo meetings and followups clarify client questions create proposals and effectively close deals.
- Lead Conversion to Client: Employ effective strategies to convert leads into clients through services demo meetings persistent followups addressing client inquiries creating tailored proposals and closing deals successfully.
- CRM Utilization and Management: Ensure efficient use of CRM tools for lead tracking updating client information managing communication and providing necessary reports to the management.
- Team Leadership: Lead mentor and guide the team responsible for client acquisition efforts. Provide training support and strategic direction to achieve sales objectives effectively.
- Tool Identification and Implementation: Identify evaluate and implement tools technologies or techniques to enhance lead conversion efficiency CRM utilization and overall outbound marketing performance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 6 to 8 years of proven experience in client acquisition within B2B services utilizing LinkedIn social media platforms and outbound marketing techniques for revenue generation lead conversion and CRM management.
- Proficiency in leveraging LinkedIn and social media channels and conducting services demo meetings followups proposal creation and successful deal closures within the B2B services sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data and CRM utilization and make datadriven decisions using analytics tools.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team.
