Job Description
The company seeks to hire a fleet manager who will oversee the management and operation of a companys fleet of vehicles ensuring efficiency safety and costeffectiveness.
Competencies
- Quick decisionmaking in response to unexpected issues.
- Efficient management of the eet inventory including vehicles spare parts and equipment.
- Understanding of vehicle maintenance best practices.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Ability to coordinate regular inspections and repairs.
- Supervision and leadership skills to manage a team of mechanics drivers and administrative staff.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
- Familiarity with eet management software and systems.
- Ability to integrate and leverage technology for better eet monitoring and control.
Requirements
- A bachelors degree or HND in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in the English language
