Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of the office ensuring a smooth and productive work environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:

    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review evaluate and implement new procedures.
    • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
    • Ensure the office environment is wellmaintained clean and safe.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Manage schedules and appointments for senior management.
    • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence reports memos and emails.
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Communication:

    • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence.
    • Coordinate and communicate with various departments and external partners.
  • Event Coordination:

    • Plan and organize office events meetings and conferences.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and guests.
  • Financial Administration:

    • Assist with basic bookkeeping and budgeting procedures.
    • Manage and process invoices expense reports and other financial documents.
  • Human Resources Support:

    • Assist with recruitment processes including posting job ads scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
    • Maintain employee records and handle HRrelated inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Experience:

    • Proven experience as an Office Administrator Office Manager or similar role.
    • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
    • Experience with office software (e.g. MS Office) and equipment.
