Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of the office ensuring a smooth and productive work environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management:
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review evaluate and implement new procedures.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure the office environment is wellmaintained clean and safe.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage schedules and appointments for senior management.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence reports memos and emails.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Communication:
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence.
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments and external partners.
- Event Coordination:
- Plan and organize office events meetings and conferences.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and guests.
- Financial Administration:
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and budgeting procedures.
- Manage and process invoices expense reports and other financial documents.
- Human Resources Support:
- Assist with recruitment processes including posting job ads scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and handle HRrelated inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator Office Manager or similar role.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Experience with office software (e.g. MS Office) and equipment.
