Job Location: Mumbai (10% travel to PAN India offices)

Core Responsibilities:
Execute and oversee daily administrative tasks with precision to ensure seamless office operations and productivity.
Manage travel bookings and arrangements for employees traveling to different sites across India. Coordinating with travel agencies hotels and transportation services to ensure smooth travel logistics.
Handle vendor management including sourcing negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with vendors across India.
Overseeing PAN India procurement activities including purchasing office supplies equipment and other necessary items.
Efficiently coordinate meetings appointments and events demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Also seamlessly align with every location point of contact to ensure efficient workings at all branches.
Maintaining accurate documentation of administrative activities including travel records vendor contracts procurement transactions and other relevant documents.
Collaborating with internal departments to address administrative needs and provide support as required.
Serve as a proficient communicator bridging the gap between employees and management through prompt and clear correspondence.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements related to travel procurement and vendor management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration management or a related field.
Proven experience in administrative roles preferably in a multisite or PAN India organization.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Familiarity with travel booking systems and procurement tools is preferred.
Willingness to travel frequently across India.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
