Human Resources Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. The role includes maintaining personnel records managing HR documents updating internal databases recruiting suitable candidates conducting initial interviews and handling daily office clerical work. The ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
Qualification: Any Graduate or Professional in Human Resources (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain personnel records
Update internal databases (e.g. sick or maternity leave)
Prepare HR documents (e.g. employment contracts new hire guides)
Revise company policies
Liaise with external partners and ensure legal compliance
Create reports and presentations on HR metrics
Answer employee queries about HRrelated issues
Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
Participate in HR projects (e.g. organizing job fairs)
Recruit suitable candidates for available vacancies
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office
Thorough knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Strong communication skills (phone email and inperson)
