Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers emerging trends and competitors. Analyze customer needs and demands to develop targeted product strategies.
2. Handling a Team of Sales Engineer
3. Devise and implement comprehensive business development plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market presence for lab chemicals and supplies.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting lead generation
5. Develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities to raise awareness about our lab chemicals research chemicals and supplies. Participate in industry conferences exhibitions and workshops to showcase our products.
6. Monitor sales performance track KPIs and generate reports to evaluate progress against targets. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Work closely with the pricing team to determine competitive and profitable pricing strategies for various products in the lab chemicals and supplies category.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Mechanical or Electrical
• No. of Years of Experience: 5 Years or more than
