The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
Ensure food is served in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking station.
Assist with food preparation and ingredient organization.
Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
Requirements:
2 years proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
Diploma/certificate in food preparation or related field
Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
KPIs/Deliverables:
Food quality and consistency (target: 90% positive feedback on food quality).
Speed of service (average prep time per dish: under 10 minutes).
Kitchen cleanliness (target: high cleanliness and sanitation scores).
Inventory accuracy (target: minimal waste and accurate stock levels).
