GRC

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detailoriented individual to join our team as a GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) professional. As a GRC you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization meets all regulatory and legal requirements. You will work closely with various departments to implement effective internal controls and processes identify and mitigate risks and maintain compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GRC frameworks and possess excellent communication and problemsolving skills.

• Develop and implement GRC policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and identify areas of vulnerability and noncompliance.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement effective internal control systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing control measures and make recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and deliver training programs to promote awareness of GRC policies and procedures.
• Maintain an uptodate knowledge of the regulatory landscape and ensure that the organization remains compliant.
• Prepare and submit reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with GRC policies and procedures.

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Risk Management.
• Proven working experience in governance risk management and compliance.
• Indepth knowledge of GRC frameworks regulations and industry standards.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are preferred.
