Roles & Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Developers (38 years of experience):
- Design develop and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
- Collaborate with the lead and architect to gather requirements and create technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain workflows scripts and applications.
- Perform integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Adhere to coding standards and best practices to ensure scalability and security.
- Proficiency in JavaScript REST/SOAP APIs and web development (HTML/CSS)
- Experience in creating and modifying workflows business rules UI policies client scripts and other ServiceNow objects.
- Knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow best practices.
- Experience in specific modules is a plus (e.g. ITSM ITOM CSM etc.)
