Delivery accountability:
Support Business/Functions Team Lead in preparation of riskbased audit plan/programme.
Conducting audit reviews based on audit plan following Reliance Internal Audit (RIA) audit methodology.
Strict adherence to audit programme/timeliness and ensuring ontime completion of audit reviews.
Coordination with external audit teams and managing their audit activities
Follow up on open audit issues and ensure its timely closure.
Execute and monitor audits through SAP GRC (Audit management
system).
Support Team Lead in preparation of audit observations for Business Risk Advisory Committee (BRAC) meetings.
Appraising Team Lead on any new audit areas to be covered based on recent business developments.
Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)
Good working knowledge of MS Word MS Excel MS Power point.
Preference to candidate with SAP working experience
Must possess good analytical skills
Reasonably good communication and presentation skills required.
Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)
Experience
3 to 6 years of experience in Internal Audit performing business and function audits
Experience in Retail Industry Operations Online & or Offline will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA USA)/MBAFinance
