Job Title: Project Manager (PMP)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope objectives deliverables timelines and resource allocation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients team members and senior management to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and progress.
• Oversee project execution monitor progress and manage changes to project scope schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Manage project budgets track expenditures and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Lead and motivate project teams providing guidance support and direction to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with industry best practices and organizational guidelines.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project charters plans schedules and risk registers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• Experience in project management preferably within industry/sector.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Asana Trello).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring project teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
