Job Title: Sales and Lettings Valuer
Location: Solihull
Basic £25000 £30000 (negotiable) 5% commission on sales.
OTE: £50000 (uncapped)
Required: 1 year's experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate and comprehensive property valuations for lettings providing reliable market rental assessments.
- Provide expert advice to landlords on property value market conditions and rental strategies.
- Stay updated with local rental market trends and analyse data to inform valuations and client advice.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports and present findings to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords offering exceptional customer service and support throughout the lettings process.
- Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to achieving lettings targets.
- Assist in negotiating rental agreements ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in property lettings valuations preferably within the estate agency industry.
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the local rental market is an advantage.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Monday to Friday 09:00am05:00pm
