About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented Office Manager to support our daily administrative and organizational tasks. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment as well as assisting with HR/recruitment related tasks. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Be the first point of contact for our people regarding officerelated topic and questions
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed to make sure the optimal supply availability
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Collaborate with team members to ensure office cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with the People Team to integrate new colleagues into the local office culture and conduct inductions
- Handle employee key cards parking cards visitor key cards
- Organize occupational health and safety
- BambooHR system administration
- Assist in on & offboarding
- Help in organizing company events and various employee wellbeing related topics
- Assist with travel arrangements when needed
What we expect from you:
- Are attentive to details and have a flexible approach that demonstrates initiative
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English good Estonian and Russian
- Events management experience

- Interest in assisting with recruiting screening calls
