Purpose of the role:

HotelSales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing the market presence of The Burman hotel. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies managing a portfolio of accounts maximizing revenue per available room directing sales activities towards top accounts and bookings building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Sales Manager will work closely with other departments to create tailored packages conduct site inspections negotiate contracts foster relationships through networking and ensure a seamless guest experience contributing to the hotels reputation and success in the luxury market.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and procedures to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead the preparation of the annual sales department budget and monitor its fulfillment.
  • Create and build a client database including corporate clients travel agents OTAs and event planners.
  • Proactively identify research and contact new potential accounts through direct inquiries sales leads and other resources.
  • Ensure sales activities focus on all facilities including rooms Food & Beverage spa and all experiences.
  • Build relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure total account management.
  • Perform competitive analysis on competitors strengths and weaknesses to implement sales projects aimed at gaining market share.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of hotel services activities promotions and events. Effectively communicate updates to team members to ensure guests receive accurate information.
  • Network in the local market industry and professional organizations.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness.
  • Conduct site inspections and host familiarization (fam) trips as required.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities.

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel is required.
  • Proven ability to create and establish sales strategies and procedures from scratch.
  • Selfmotivated proactive and able to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong network within the luxury travel industry.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Bachelors Degree in business hospitality management or a related field.
  • Respectful and courteous demeanor.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Excellent proficiency in both English and Estonian languages.
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
