Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and portfolio share consistently.
- Serve as a therapeutic area expert effectively positioning and differentiating products.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to address customer needs proactively.
- Identify market dynamics develop strategies and ensure account success.
- Utilize data insights and digital tools to optimize ABM strategy.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to generate product utilization.
- Navigate complex environments and sales methodologies including remote selling.
- Plan and execute local promotional programs and activities.
- Maximize allocated budget to support business growth.
- Participate in industryrelated events and initiatives.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree required.
- 3 years of pharmaceutical or life sciences sales experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and problemsolving capabilities.
- Ability to navigate hybrid selling models and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in omnichannel approaches and data analytics.
- Passion for science and proactive learning.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver s license and ability to operate a vehicle safely.

Benefits
The salary range for this position is $100500 to $135000. In addition to sales incentive (role may my eligible for long term incentive depending on level and performance); all compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. This position is eligible for a company car through the Company s FLEET program.
Candidates must complete all fleet safety training and must maintain an acceptable driving record regarding accidents and incidents.
