The Role: Business Development Associate (BDA)

The BDA role is your gateway to an exhilarating sales career at Convertros. Youll start on the frontlines engaging potential clients over the phone and driving revenue for our customers. With thousands of conversations every month you control your paycheck and career advancement.

Responsibilities:

Appointment Setting: Schedule 2 appointments per hour converting leads into opportunities for our clients.

Engagement Ownership: Manage thousands of inquiries from global brands ensuring every lead is maximized.
