Job Description

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.

At The Wise Seeker we are seeking a Business Development Manager in Vietnam with experience in selling HR solutions to drive business activity in the Vietnam and surrounding areas.

Location: Vietnam

Functions:

Identify new business opportunities for The Wise Seeker understand client requirements and define a value proposition.

Define and develop sales strategies aligned with the sales department to attract potential clients.

Lead the endtoend sales process by effectively managing to tailor proposals to client requirements.

Manage the P&L to ensure all decisions align with sales department requirements

Take on the role of Account Manager for newly acquired accounts with direct responsibility for their profitability.

Influence client stakeholders lead sales meetings and manage expectations to develop longterm relationships for business benefit.

Identify key partners for the business to establish alliances for generating opportunities providing resources and reducing risks to enhance the business model.

Build an internal network at The Wise Seeker fostering collaboration and leveraging Best Practices to generate synergies across different teams.

Collaborate with the Marketing department to plan communication actions (events webinars social media activities etc.) to generate leads.

Requirements

Proven experience in selling HR solutions acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.

Ability to understand various HR needs and have a client portfolio to engage with upon joining.

Strong focus on results and achieving set sales objectives.

Persuasion influencing and problemsolving skills.

A hunter profile accustomed to closing numerous meetings with potential clients.

High level of resilience in adverse and challenging situations.

Excellent communication skills and capable of presenting to highlevel stakeholders.
