Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human resources Psychology or related field.
A Minimum 36 years experience in Organization Development HRD or People & Culture Transformation.
Proficient in English.
Selfmotivated with strong leadership skills with knowledgeable in skills development and capacitybuilding strategies.
Strong organizational analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Able to prioritize delegate tasks and manage multiple projects.
Quick learner with proficiency in organizational and talent management systems.
