Job Description
- Collaborate with assigned countries to align HR policies with business objectives.
- Conduct detailed analyses and research to enhance HR efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and coordinate with HR partners to develop and implement highquality HR systems including employee information management recruitment performance management and employee engagement.
- Coordinate with various functional areas to implement HR practices.
- Manage assigned Organization Development projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human resources Psychology or related field.
- A Minimum 36 years experience in Organization Development HRD or People & Culture Transformation.
- Proficient in English.
- Selfmotivated with strong leadership skills with knowledgeable in skills development and capacitybuilding strategies.
- Strong organizational analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Able to prioritize delegate tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Quick learner with proficiency in organizational and talent management systems.
