  • Oversee daily branch operations ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.
    
  • Manage branch cash flow including deposits withdrawals and cash orders.
    
  • Ensure branch security and safety protocols are adhered to.
    
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and grow the customer base.
    
  • Monitor and manage the branchs budget expenses and profitability.
    
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
    
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal audit requirements.
    

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of banking experience.
  
• Proven track record in sales customer service and team management.
