Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Policy Development: Create implement and review operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Team Management: Oversee the recruitment process and support HR in building a highperforming team.
- Budget Oversight: Manage budgeting reporting planning and auditing processes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the board of directors to define values mission and short and longterm goals.
- ProblemSolving: Identify and address operational challenges and opportunities for the company.
- Partnership Building: Establish alliances and partnerships with other organizations to enhance service offerings.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve operational management systems processes and best practices.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to monitor and improve operations.
- Customer Interaction: Support customer communication and satisfaction through effective management of operational processes.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an operations management role.
- Proven track record in managing operational processes and teams.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Indepth knowledge of business functions and principles including supply chain finance and customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business software (e.g. ERP CRM).
- Ability to build consensus and foster relationships among managers partners and employees.
