Operations Lead

Responsibilities:

• Policy Development: Create implement and review operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  
• Team Management: Oversee the recruitment process and support HR in building a highperforming team.
  
• Budget Oversight: Manage budgeting reporting planning and auditing processes.
  
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the board of directors to define values mission and short and longterm goals.
  
• ProblemSolving: Identify and address operational challenges and opportunities for the company.
  
• Partnership Building: Establish alliances and partnerships with other organizations to enhance service offerings.
  
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve operational management systems processes and best practices.
  
• Performance Monitoring: Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to monitor and improve operations.
  
• Customer Interaction: Support customer communication and satisfaction through effective management of operational processes.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field.
  
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an operations management role.
  
• Proven track record in managing operational processes and teams.
  
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Indepth knowledge of business functions and principles including supply chain finance and customer service.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and business software (e.g. ERP CRM).
  
• Ability to build consensus and foster relationships among managers partners and employees.
