Responsibilities

• BP guide BP correction rescind (All modules)
• EIB User template fillin mass uploading (All modules)
• MOM operation as an administrator (T&P)
• Upload new contents (questionnaire onboarding etc.) (Recruiting)
• Update pay range per compensation grade profile etc. (Comp.)
• Create Compensation Plans
• Work user queries on Organization changes and perform them
• Functionally good on Core HR Compensation changes for employees
• The 3^rd vendor Integration Support (Comp./Recruiting)
• Working Experience on BIRT
• Reporting Experience (complex calculated fields custom reports) preferred
• Deal with errors regarding access to Workday
• Support Report Writer training and manage security (Report)
• Trouble shooting & guide/cowork with EIB/SSC
• Receiving and responding inquiries of customers(Employees/HR)
• Handling SRs from HQs service desk
• Supporting mass data operation (e.g. EIB Workbook)
• Support Workday: Compensation Advanced Compensation Talent & Performance Recruiting Absence & Leave Time Tracking
• Develop and Deliver Workday Integrations / Reports

WorkdayLegacy Integration (develop test and deploy to tenants)
Workday3rd party Integration (develop test and deploy to tenants)
Custom Reports based on customers requirements

• Improvement customers Workday process
  Survey customers requirement to improve and derive resolution
  Implement resolution (develop test and deploy)
