A nephrologist is a medical doctor who specializes in diagnosing treating and managing kidneyrelated disorders and diseases. Their responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic kidney diseases.
- Managing hypertension and electrolyte imbalances.
- Providing care for patients requiring dialysis and kidney transplants.
